Amplify Her is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new YouTube channel in collaboration with Soho Sonic. Together, we’re creating a powerful platform for emerging women artists to shine.

 

Amplify Her is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new YouTube channel in collaboration with Soho Sonic. Think Tiny Desk, but dedicated to incredible female artists. Each performer will showcase one original song and one cover, making it the best place to discover amazing new songs, fresh talent, and more. This is your chance to get your music seen and heard, and to be part of a platform that truly amplifies women in music. Each performer will showcase one original song and one cover, giving you the chance to be seen, heard, and discovered by a wider audience.

We’re so excited to hear your music and consider featuring you on our channel.


To give you the best possible chance of being selected, we’ve put together the checklist below.


Please make sure you’re able to follow all of the points if chosen.


  • In order for your application to be validated, please submit audio recordings of the songs you will be performing on 13th May. This should include both your original song and your cover. Please provide in your submission.

  • Be prepared to lip sync to your recordings during filming to create a live-session feel. (During filming, your submitted recording will be played back, and you can sing live over the track to assist with timing and lip syncing for a cohesive live-session presentation.)

  • Ensure all instruments featured in the recording are brought and present on the day. (There is a piano and drums at the Studio).

  • Be available for filming at Soho Sonic Camden on the 13th June from 10:00 am to 6 pm

Terms & Conditions – Filming & Content Usage


By participating in the filming session, you grant Amplify Her full permission to record, edit, and use all audio, video, and photographic material captured during the session. Amplify Her retains all rights to the filmed content, including the right to post, publish, distribute, and share the material on YouTube and across any other digital or promotional platforms. By taking part, you acknowledge that Amplify Her owns the final recorded content in its entirety and may use it for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without requiring further approval from you and without any obligation of compensation
