Meet the founder
Andrea Dee
Andrea Dee is a singer-songwriter, performer, mentor, Music Inclusion Consultant, and the founder of Amplify Her, a community supporting women, non-binary and trans people, creatives, and music fans.

With over 20 years in the music industry, Andrea has performed internationally, collaborated with artists from diverse backgrounds, and seen first-hand the importance of community and representation.

Through Amplify Her, she creates opportunities for artists to build confidence, grow their networks, and develop sustainable careers through live events, mentorship, workshops, and industry partnerships.

As a Music Inclusion Consultant, Andrea works with brands, music companies, and creative organisations to develop more inclusive opportunities for underrepresented artists. Her work brings together performance, mentorship, advocacy, and community-building, with a focus on helping people feel seen, connected, and empowered to thrive in the music industry.
